RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Please note that ALL sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We only accept returns and refunds for regular non-sale items.
  2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be most happy to accept your return of the item, provided it is in an unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging included in your return.
  3. If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so for a change of size only. In the unfortunate event that the size you desire is not available, we reserve the right to refund you the amount that you have paid for the item, less any shipping fees that we have incurred. We will also not be responsible for any duties and taxes that you may have incurred.
  4. Items for refund and exchange are to be returned within:
    • 15 days from the date of delivery to you for local orders; and
    • 30 days from the date of delivery to you for international orders.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  1. We strive to give you the perfect item ordered and we inspect every item before it leaves our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, kindly send us an email at admin@indikah.sg. Please state your order number in the subject header of your email. If possible, do attach a photograpph of the item and the defect, for ease of our processing. We will reply to you as soon as possible with the refund confirmation. 
  2. Please DO NOT send the item back to us without emailing us for instructions first. We regret we will not be able to entertain returns that have not been approved or confirmed by us beforehand.

Kindly send us the tracking number thereafter. Your return will be processed within 2 working days of our receiving your package.

How will my refund be processed?
  1. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card that was used to pay for the order. For international orders, the refund value may vary from the original amount that you paid, due to fluctuating currency exchange rate.
  2. Depending on your credit card issuer, your refund may take from 3-10 days to appear on your billing statement. If you have not received your your return after 15 days, please contact your credit card issuer.
  3. Please note that for international orders, we do not refund any duties or taxes that you may have paid. Kindly contact your local customs office in this regard.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

Subject to stock availability, your exchanged item will usually be despatched within 2 working days after receipt of your returned item. We will notify you once your exchanged item has been shipped.
