Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.  

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes. 

What are your processing and delivery times?

Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

All orders are packed and sent from Singapore. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these support email confirmations, please contact here

Within Singapore: Delivery is between 1-3 business days within Singapore. We use a door-to-door courier service like EasyParcel. 
Outside Singapore: Delivery is between 3-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped. 

Do you send orders express worldwide?

Yes! Domestic orders can be delivered to you on the same day if your order is placed before 12noon on a normal business day. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL express courier service as a reputable shipping agency. 

How much will shipping cost?

We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer express as our standard preferred method with our reputable delivery services.

- Singapore:  Flat rate of $6 SGD. 
Free shipping on orders over $60. (Singapore only)
- Malaysia: DHL Express is a flat rate of $25 SGD.
- Free shipping on orders over $160 SGD. (Malaysia Only) 
Australia/ New Zealand - Express Shipping is a flat rate of $35 SGD. 
- USA/ Canada/ Mexico:Express Shipping is a flat rate of $45 SGD.
- International: Express Shipping is $25-$65 SGD worldwide depending on receiving country selected at checkout.

Free shipping on orders above $250 SGD. (International orders) 

Do I need to pay Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes?

For all international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. We will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. 

What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?

Do you offer returns?  

Indikah accepts returns for full priced items only, within 15 Days for local orders, and within 30 days for international orders (from the date the order was despatched). You can choose between a refund or a credit note. You can read our Returns Policy here.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.

Can online purchases be returned to Indikah counters? 

At this time our counters are not able to process returns for online orders. Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process.  

Once we receive your return 

Please follow your return tracking method to monitor the progress of your return delivery to us.

Refunds and credit notes are processed within 7 days of your return being received. We will make refunds via a credit to the same payment mode that was used for the purchase.

You will receive a courtesy email update from us as soon as your refund or unique Credit Note has been initiated.
